This year, APMP achieved its goal of reaching 10,000 members, and now, as a result of APMP’s 15 for 12 membership recruitment effort, that number has increased, giving bid and proposal professionals access to more people with whom they can share triumphs and challenges, gain new ideas and insights, and exchange best practices.
The 15 for 12 initiative offered new members 15 months of membership for the cost of 12. Because of this effort:
- 501 individual members joined APMP
- 409 assigned themselves to a chapter
- 27 of APMP’s global chapters added new members
The top three chapters that experienced growth (based on percentage) include:
- APMP India: 19% growth
- South Africa: 8% growth
- ANZ: 7% growth
The top three chapters that experienced growth (based on new members added) include:
- APMP India: 86 new members
- APMP UK: 78 new members
- National Capital Area: 45 new members
The India, South Africa, ANZ, UK and NCA chapters will each receive two Foundation-level certifications and two conference/event registrations to use for their members.
Congratulations to APMP’s Two Newest Chapters
APMP’s two newest chapters, MENA (Middle East and North Africa) and Francophonie, took advantage of the 15 for 12 promotion to grow their membership, each adding two new members.
APMP congratulates each member and thanks everyone who participated in helping to foster community among the industry. #ProudToBeAPMP
