Leslie Felbabel Promoted to Bid Manager at H3C-Énergies
Leslie Felbabel was recently promoted to bid manager at H3C-Énergies. “After eight years in Canada, I decided to come back to France (my home) where my family and new challenges were awaiting,” Felbabel says. “One year ago, I was hired as a bid writer at H3C-Énergies, a company that specializes in energy and environmental performance. Due to sales reorganization and a great desire to win more public and private bids, I got promoted to bid manager last month. This new adventure is exciting, and I know the APMP BOK will be a great support for me. Thanks to the APMP Francophonie Chapter for the support you are offering to French-speaking professionals!”

Rainmakerz Consulting Sees Success in 2020
Washington, D.C.-based Rainmakerz Consulting LLC had much success last year, according to founder and principal Chris Simmons, CP APMP Fellow, with a 36% increase in business development, capture, proposal and training revenues, as compared to the previous year. The company contributed to seven wins at the Department of Defense, Defense Health Agency, the Department of Education (multiple), the State of Mississippi and the City of San Bernardino, California. Awards are still pending at the CMS, FEMA, Veteran’s Affairs, Air Force, FDIC and the FDA. In addition to these wins, Rainmakerz added 10 new customers to their growing list of 225 customers. They are also supporting two customers on the upcoming $40 billion Chief Information Officer – Solutions and Partners (CIO-SP4) GWAC, and currently helping a small company with strategic business and capture planning.
