Call for Phase 2 Industry Pilot Testers for New Practitioner Certification Program

APMP is putting out a call to its industry members to participate in Phase 2 of pilot testing for the association’s new Practitioner Objective Testing Exam (OTE) program.  Phase 1 was completed in January by the APMP’s Approved Training Organizations.

Your association is looking for the second (and last) round of Pilot testers for the new program that will be released wide to the public no later than July 22, 2019.   There is no cost to take the online exam.

APMP needs up to 20 pilot testers who are APMP members in good standing and who are working as everyday proposal, bid, capture and business development professionals throughout the world.  All pilot testing candidates will need to have reliable access to the Internet for the 2.5 to 3-hour online exam and a working webcam so they can be monitored by a proctor during the exam.  All selected pilot testers will also be asked their feedback after the exam and make notes.

Please note that the new Practitioner OTE is a challenging exam and is not recommended to professionals with less than three years of experience.  Also, if you have not yet earned an APMP Practitioner certification and you pass the exam, you will be awarded the certification.  If you already have earned your APMP Practitioner certification and you do not receive a passing grade, your current Practitioner certification will NOT be jeopardized.

To volunteer to be a Phase 2 pilot tester please click here to apply.

If you are selected, our team will help you schedule a date and send you material to help you prep for the exam.

The deadline to submit your application to be a Phase 2 pilot tester is 5:00 PM EST, USA Friday, March 15, 2019.  Non-members will not be allowed to participate.
