Effectively serving APMP members in all parts of the world has been an ongoing focus area for the organization. That goal continues with the new APMP India operation, which was launched to APMP members on April 13 via a free webinar. APMP India will bring professional development, education, and networking to its more than 200 members.
Headquartered in Pune, a prominent business hub in western India, APMP India will benefit bid, proposal, business development, capture, and graphics professionals. The chapter will work with a large community of professionals dedicated to the process of winning business through proposals, bids, tenders, and presentations and serve the needs of a rapidly growing economy.
Rupesh Kumar has been appointed head of business development for APMP India. He will work closely with the members in India and support the long-term APMP goal of creating and running chapters across the country.
APMP India will be guided by a governing board made up of seasoned professionals from a wide variety of industries and backgrounds. Members of the board are:
